Party Juice of the Month

I’ll have a dirty martini, please. Actually… no wait sorry, I’ll have a vodka soda with lime. On second thought let me just see a cocktail menu…

We’ve all been there before. Hmm what should I order when I go to the Soho Grand next? There are so many distinct vodka brands out there that are just praying for someone like you to say, “I’ll have a passion fruit martini with Iceberg vodka, I love how it fuses the juices together to make the flavor pop.” I’m not saying you have to be an expert here, but come on! Give the bartenders something to get excited about! How many times have you gone out and ordered a vodka soda? I’m guilty of it too believe me…. That’s why we’re going to feature a Party Juice of the Month. This specific brand of alcohol will open your eyes and liver to the many vodkas and tequilas that we could be sampling while we’re out in the big city.

This month, we are smitten with Chambord Vodka. I first sampled it at the Gansevoort a couple of weeks ago, and I’ve been asking for it ever since. Chambord’s heritage lies in France and is renowned for it’s exquisite packaging and look. Even its motto is to-- tempt and reward yourself with experimentation. It has a floral aromatic smell of hibiscus and vanilla bean, which will come through in a uniquely satisfying experience. In light of our beloved new razzler, we also have to give it props because it is black raspberry flavored.

So the next time you get to the bar and you’re planning on ordering the same lame drink you always do, think again. Live a little and ask for Chambord. Plus if the bartenders cute, it can’t hurt.
